How far in advance should I book?
Ideally, book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability of your preferred treatment.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel free of charge. Late cancellations will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
Are all service providers qualified?
Yes, all of our specialists are fully certified and experienced in providing high quality treatments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments with debit or credit cards, cash, and through digital platforms such as MercadoPago, PayPal and Stripe. These options are available for both in-home and on-site services, facilitating a convenient and secure experience for all our customers.
Can I change my appointment date after booking?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, as long as you let us know 24 hours in advance.
What should I expect when I request a home delivery service?
The therapist will arrive at your home, apartment or hotel 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to prepare the space and ensure that the service starts on time.
How will I be notified about my appointment?
We will send you a reminder of your appointment via WhatsApp or email, ensuring you are informed and prepared for your wellness session.
What happens if I am late for my home appointment?
If there is a delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the time of your service will begin to count. After 30 minutes late, the therapist will leave and the payment made will be non-refundable.
How should I prepare for my appointment, either at the spa or at home?
For your appointment, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and be freshly showered. This will optimize your comfort and the effectiveness of the treatment, whether you enjoy the service in our spa or in the comfort of your own home.
